The most incredible thing is that Taylor actually claimed the win !! He'd fucking lost the fight by round 9

Does Ian think Ali is the greatest of all time?
JUST KIDDING x

It does unfortunately seem to be corruption. I have nothing to do today apart from watch all the fallout and its been mooted many times by many respected people that there is no other answer for it.

Do we think the 30 strong minimum entourage from Top Rank who were in attendance on what seemed to be a routine defence does not seem suspect in itself?

It was Ian John Lewis and he has form for it.

I know Ian personally and have done for a very long time, nice bloke, but he's no judge and would hate to think he was paid off.

Re: Khan v Brook
You're thinking of Adalaide Byrd, who is the wife of the equally dreadful Robert Byrd.

She was the judge that somehow scored the fight massively in Canelo's favour against GGG.

I probably wouldn't $urpri$e you to find out $he'$ $till judging.

Survival in the last five?
That would be round 8 when the Jock was dropped - yeah righto .....

Out of interest, whilst the result will obviously stand, are there any likely repercussions, for specifically the judge who scored it 114 - 111, I seem to remember an outrage in the States when a woman scored a bout and was subsequently dropped
In these situations is there a behind the door dialogue to justify or is it all swept away?

Exactly.

Re: Khan v Brook
Froch only said that to justify his decision against Andre Dirrell, which for most, Dirrell won, but Froch came on strong at the end and sneaked a split decision.

By and large, Froch talks complete shit. It's not like judges are going to rescore the first 8 rounds based on the last 4.

Absolutely mental.

Carl Froch said that right now judges don't like when a challenger goes into what he called survival mode. Which is what he reckoned Catterall did for the last five rounds.

I didn't see it like that. He kept shrugging him off and throwing punches. It was hardly survival mode.

Plus, for me and most others, he won the first five rounds and won 8 and 10 so why does it matter anyway?

Re: Khan v Brook
I was speechless after that fight.

Catterall is the champion in my eyes. Fought a sweet fight. Taylor bullies people and gets all over them. Catteral just kept his shoulder square and was pushing him off. Taylor couldn't handle it.

The two scorecards that had Taylor as the winner are as bent as a £9 note.

goose 12:12 Mon Feb 28
Re: Khan v Brook
wow those scorecards are something else.

how can you only give Catterall 4 or 5 rounds? i think after the 5th everyone had it 5-0 or 4-1 Catterall.
layer on the knockdown as well........ you have to wonder what fight they are watching.

Re: Khan v Brook
In the post fight interview Taylor reckoned that he landed the better quality shots. Watching the fight live this did not seem to be the case and for me the only quality shot, landed by Taylor, that seemed to bother Catterall was When Taylor’s forehead landed square on the side of Catterall head in round eight or nine.

Re: Khan v Brook
WTF!!??

at least 4 of the first 5 rounds were clear to Catteral.

Re: Khan v Brook
Ian John Lewis had Taylor 3-1 up after the first four rounds.

Lee Trundle 11:45 Mon Feb 28
Re: Khan v Brook
Taylor landed 3 punches in round 11 and 3 punches in round 12.

And 2 of the idiot judges gave him those rounds.

Cost me a few quid that, as had money on 10-1 with Jack.
